- Complete Service - includes looking after your complete set of books, using Quickbooks software. (Other software will be available if required) This service will include all data entry, payroll, bank reconciliations, cash flows, financial statements, government remittances, everything necessary to have your books accountant ready at the end of your fiscal year. Office Access will also maintain your filing system suitable to your business.
- Partial Service - includes any part of your company's bookkeeping needs, such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and more.
- Bookkeeping Set up and Training - Provide on site assistance for businesses to set up bookkeeping, provide training and ongoing assistance
CLERICAL SERVICES
You don't have the time or the skills to type your own professional letters, complete important forms or produce quality reports. OFFICE ACCESS can provide these services.
- Typing services for individuals - send your documents and letters to me by email or fax and they will be returned for review within 24 hours
- Clerical services for businesses including typing, meeting deadlines, and other related duties
- Completing government forms
- Copying, scanning and fax services
- Preparing spreadsheets using Excel
